• Delivery

* Deliveries in the country are made through the courier company SPEEDY, except in cases where the customer has explicitly indicated another company.

* At your request, your package can be delivered to a personal address or to an office of the courier company.

* Delivery is paid by the Customer (unless otherwise stated by the SUPPLIER)

*Couriered shipments are sent with the preview and test options before payment. In case of cancellation of the contract, the return fee is covered by the buyer.

* Free delivery for orders over 200 BGN. For orders under 200 BGN, the delivery price is 5 BGN.

* Usually deliveries are made between 09:00 - 15:00 on weekdays and between 10:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays. You will receive an SMS notification about your delivery from the courier company on the phone number you left with the order.

* If you wish to deliver to an office or via a specific courier company, indicate this in the message field.

• Payment

You pay upon receipt directly to the courier only using the cash on delivery service.
